Since 2016, Weill Cornell Medicine (New York) and the Gustave Roussy Cancer Campus (Paris) have joined forces to organize an annual conference that provides a forum for education, discussion, and networking among investigators interested in developing safe and effective RT-IT combinations (ImmunoRad).

Abstract

Submissions

The final deadline for abstract submission was July 29, 2025. Thank you to everyone who submitted! Submitted abstracts are

currently under review by our scientific committee.

Important: Presenting authors of all accepted abstracts must register online.

Selected abstracts presented by students, postdocs, or residents will be eligible for a prize, which will be announced during

the poster session on September 17, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Guidelines

  • Poster dimensions: Maximum height: 157 cm × width: 115 cm
  • Posters should be printed and ready to mount — no onsite printing available
  • Ensure your poster includes: title, author(s), institution(s), background, methods, results, conclusions, and any relevant acknowledgments or references
  • Use clear, legible fonts (e.g., Arial) and avoid overly dense text
  • Figures and visuals should be high-resolution and easy to interpret
  • Mounting materials will be provided at the venue
  • Posters should be presented in English
Submision

Poster session

The poster session will take place after the first day of the conference on September 17th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the

Cloister of the Cordeliers site.

Posters may be mounted starting at 10:00 a.m. on the 17th or later in the day.

Please note that we do not provide printing services onsite. Bring your printed poster with you to the event.
