Dr Marine Fidelle is a pharmacist and researcher in tumor immunology at INSERM U1367, within the team led by Laurence Zitvogel at Gustave Roussy, France. Her research explores how intestinal immunity and metabolism shape responses to anti-cancer therapies. She also focuses on identifying biomarkers linked to individual pathophysiological alterations that drive cancer development and progression, with the goal of enabling early intervention and prevention through interceptive strategies. Notably, she demonstrated the role of gut microbiota–dependent intestinal expression of MAdCAM-1 in modulating immunotherapy efficacy (Science, 2023).
