Gaorav Gupta, MD, PHd (UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center)
Gaorav Gupta, MD, PhD, is Associate Chair for Research in Radiation Oncology, Co-Leader of the Breast Cancer Program at the UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center, and Associate Director of the UNC MD/PhD Training Program. A nationally recognized breast radiation oncologist and physician-scientist, he directs a successful research laboratory focused on DNA damage responses, breast cancer immunobiology, and biomarker development. Clinically, Dr. Gupta has been a leader in advancing radiation–immunotherapy combinations and translational science for national breast cancer trials.
